Abstract Submission

Closing date 27 February 2004

Notification of Acceptance will be made 8th March 2004

If you do not submit early, you will probably not get an oral presentation. At this stage, there may not be poster presentations available

If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a VISA please send your abstract and registration in early with your request for the letter. You may need at least 2-3 months to obtain one.

All presentations must be in PowerPoint form only, there will be no slide or overhead projectors available.

Guidelines for preparing abstracts

1 page only

2.5 cm or 1 inch margins

Font size = 11 or 12 point

Font type = Arial

Headings should be bold

Authors and Affiliations in italics

URLs of all databases referenced should be included
